Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Aerosol Line Stager in Brenham, TX to maintain a steady flow of cans on the production line. This role involves staging cans, operating a forklift, and coordinating with water bath, tipper, capper, and packer stations.

The position requires attention to quality, safety, and the ability to verify batch tickets and correct cans. A high school diploma and prior production line experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience on a production line is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify correct cans are pulled for order and maintain a consistent flow of cans to the aerosol lines by loading can table.
• Deliver material to the Aerosol Line stagging area using a forklift.
• Inspect cans as they are loaded onto table for rust, water, dirt, dents or other defects.
• Monitor filled cans in the water bath for weight, leaks, and quality; pull defective cans as needed.
• Verify correct tips, caps, and boxes; ensure lot codes are printed and labels are proper.
• Close and tape boxes of tips/caps when an order is complete and return them to storage.
