Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Production Stewardship & SDS Specialist in Brenham, TX. This role focuses on creating and maintaining SDSs, product labels, and hazard communication for aerosol products and liquid mixtures, supporting regulatory and market access activities.

You will classify hazards per GHS/OSHA WHMIS, manage Section 14 transportation data, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance. Strong Excel and AI-enabled data tools are beneficial.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with regulatory compliance in chemical hazards.
Proficiency with Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
Ability to collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Create, review, edit, and maintain SDSs and product labels for aerosols and liquids.
Perform SDS reviews due to formulation changes or regulatory updates.
Develop hazard communication documentation for domestic and international markets.
Classify hazards per GHS, determine statements and pictograms.
Maintain SDS Section 14 transportation information.
Support data management using SDS systems and ERP interfaces.
