Job summary

Aerosol Production Wayne in Wayne, MI is seeking a full-time Aerosol Line Worker to help move cans through the production line, including filling, labeling, packing, and palletizing. You will support machine operators during product changeovers, load materials, monitor quality and labeling integrity, and complete production paperwork accurately.

The role requires following 5S and HSSE policies, maintaining a clean workspace, communicating safety or quality issues promptly, and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and documentation.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with line operations including filling, labeling, packing, and palletizing finished goods.
• Support machine operators during product changeovers, setups, and cleanups.
• Load and unload materials and components to keep lines running efficiently.
• Monitor products for quality, correct labeling, and packaging integrity.
• Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all 5S and safety requirements.
• Communicate any safety, quality, or production issues promptly to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Follow all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental) policies and participate in safety initiatives.
• Provide support to other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
