Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial partners with a leader in the aviation industry to fill a Design Engineer – AeroMotion position in Monroe, WA. You will develop aerospace actuation systems, supporting design, testing, certification, production, and sustaining engineering across hydraulic and electro-mechanical components.

Use CATIA V5/V6 or SolidWorks for modeling, collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and drive projects from concept to flight-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field.
• Strong familiarity with CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex aerospace actuation system designs.
• Support new product development and sustaining engineering efforts.
• Complete design, testing, and certification tasks for products and modifications.
• Create design improvements and alternatives to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to address technical challenges.
