Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is seeking an Aeromedical Case Manager/Aeromedical Administrative Specialist at Robins AFB, GA. This role involves updating AIMWTS/ECT/PEPP/MEDXS, coordinating with MAJCOMs and treatment facilities, and ensuring timely case adjudication per policies.

Must have knowledge of DoD medical systems and strong data management and communication skills to support the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience processing and managing physical exams and medical standards in military or civilian aeromedical environments.
• Proficiency with AF/DoD medical systems (AIMWTS, PEPP, PHA, JLV, MICT).
• Knowledge of medical standards for retention, flying classes, LOD determinations, and operational duty.
• Ability to translate complex medical/admin instructions for service members.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Update AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS and other records with current case status.
• Provide instructions to reserve medical units for incomplete cases requiring more information.
• Adjudicate medical cases using guidelines and obtain medical opinions from professionals.
• Coordinate with MAJCOMs, HQ USAF and medical facilities on reserve medical issues.
• Verify data in case files for HQ AFRC adjudication and alignment with requirements.
• Load cases into electronic systems of record and perform frontend/back-end data entry.
• Ensure timely handling of cases per policy and for high-interest cases per directive.
• Maintain data accuracy and track cases through the review process.
• Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate with ACS, RS and other facilities and assist with training events.
