Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking a Midwest Aero Test Manager to lead wind tunnel testing programs and oversee the design and fabrication of wind tunnel models, test engineering operations, and high-quality test hardware and methods across multiple programs. The role requires U.S.

citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance, a BS in Engineering or related field, and at least one year in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Minimum one year in a leadership role or equivalent Boeing leadership training.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Role requires willingness to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical activities in test and evaluation.
• Oversee statements of work, resource assignment, and requirements development.
• Lead forecast integration, planning and department budgeting.
• Coordinate wind tunnel test planning and development of test hardware/methods.
• Develop and execute project and process plans and establish goals.
• Ensure coordination with lab test teams and program personnel.
