YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for results: You drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through a top-notch guest experience. You create, manage, and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Business innovator: Owning your store's P&L, you analyze reports and sales trends to make real-time decisions that achieve financial goals.
• People leader: You recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team. You focus on their development through training, feedback, and performance reviews, and you foster a clear career path for associates.
