Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reporting and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and hold team accountable.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding service.
• Team building: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct touch bases, and celebrate successes.
• Operational innovation: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure guest-ready Fitting Rooms.
• Integrity: Maintain safety standards, adhere to policies, and uphold ethical standards.
