YOUR ROLE

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, and seize merchandising opportunities.
• People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Teamwork and engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate team successes to boost engagement.
• Operational excellence: Support daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, and adhere to company policies at all times.
