YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence! Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: Motivating, inspiring, role-modeling, and holding your team accountable to customer service standards.
• Talent development: Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing your team to ensure outstanding service.
• Team building: Providing ongoing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and celebrating team successes.
• Operational excellence: Executing operational procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintaining store safety, asset protection, and adhering to policies and procedures.
