YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence! Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

  • Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
  • People leadership: Motivating, inspiring, role-modeling, and holding your team accountable to customer service standards.
  • Talent development: Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing your team to ensure outstanding service.
  • Team building: Providing ongoing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and celebrating team successes.
  • Operational excellence: Executing operational procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
  • Integrity: Maintaining store safety, asset protection, and adhering to policies and procedures.
