YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
• Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is well-staffed. Develop associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Promote teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing coaching, and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
• Visual & operational innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
• Maintain integrity: Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, adhere to policies, and always do the right thing.
