Your Role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. You embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and support KPI results.
• Lead People: Motivate and inspire the team, uphold service standards, and hold associates accountable.
• Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: Set goals, provide performance feedback, motivate, and celebrate success.
• Visual & Operational Excellence: Execute visual standards, manage shipment processing, merchandising, and ensure a guest-ready fitting room.
• Integrity & Safety: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to policies and procedures.
