Job description

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through efficient replenishment. You possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
2. Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
3. You're an innovator in merchandising: Keep your store in top shape by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement strategies.
4. Teamwork is key: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
5. People skills: Prioritize the guest experience in the merchandising team's activities. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
6. Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
