As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
2. Floorsets are your expertise: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
3. You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain store presentation through day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement plans.
4. Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in guiding the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store remains #fresh.
5. People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
6. Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
