YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' environment through effective replenishment. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bust forms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• You're a team player: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in training the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating wins with your team.
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
