YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for Merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
• Merchandising Innovation: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans.
• Teamwork Mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• People Skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Uphold store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Follow shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
