YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates. You also ensure the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain your store's appearance through day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh!
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience in merchandising. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins!
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
