YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready environment through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to achieve goals. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for Merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
• Merchandising Innovation: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork Mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store fresh.
• People Skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to company policies.
