YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" store through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in training the team on maintaining Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, support shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
