YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You should have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• Merchandising innovation: Maintain your store's appearance by managing day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience within the merchandising team. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
