Job summary

Exyte in Dallas is seeking a Drone Pilot/Reality Capture Specialist to lead the collection, processing, and delivery of precise aerial imagery and 3D data for project planning, design, and construction accuracy.

You will conduct safe drone flights, perform photogrammetry and LiDAR workflows, and integrate data into BIM and site documentation while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed drone pilot with at least 2+ years in construction or design-build.
• Familiar with photogrammetry and LiDAR workflows.
• Experience delivering BIM-ready 3D data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe drone flights for capturing aerial imagery and data.
• Perform pre-flight checks, risk assessments, and comply with regulations.
• Create, process, and interpret 3D models and point clouds.
• Integrate data into BIM workflows and project documentation.
• Present data visually in reports and site maps.
