## CDL Aerial LaborerApplylocations: Austin, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR100779**Job Overview:**The CDL Aerial Laborer performs manual labor and operates various tools and equipment to construct, maintain, and repair utility infrastructure, primarily working at heights from aerial lifts. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground utility lines, including power and communication systems. \* Operate aerial lifts (bucket trucks) safely and efficiently to perform work at elevated heights. \* Dig trenches, holes, and foundations using hand tools or power equipment. \* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks. \* Set poles, anchor guys, and install cross-arms and insulators. \* String and sag conductor wires, ensuring proper tension and clearance. \* Climb poles as required to perform duties suchs as framing, tying in, and transferring lines. \* Work with various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., drills, saws, wrenches, impact drivers). \* Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicles. \* Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors. \* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. \* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
