Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches and shoveling.
• Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities.
• Operate hand and power tools (shovels, picks, tampers, jackhammers, compactors).
• Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks and vehicles.
• Clean and prepare job sites; maintain safe work environment.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Assist equipment operators and crew members as needed.
• Perform flagging to direct traffic around work zones when required.
• Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor immediately.
• Work in various weather conditions including extreme heat/cold.

**Job Overview:**Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Perform manual labor duties such as digging trenches, shoveling, and backfilling using hand tools and power equipment. \\* Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities, including pipes, conduits, and cables. \\* Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, including but not limited to shovels, picks, tampers, jackhammers, and compactors. \\* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and other vehicles. \\* Clean and prepare job sites, including clearing debris and maintaining a safe work environment. \\* Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). \\* Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed. \\* Perform flagging duties to direct traffic around work zones when required. \\* Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a supervisor immediately. \\* Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
