Job summary

DCOMM Inc. is expanding its aerial construction teams and seeking dependable, safety-driven Linemen to support long-term, steady infrastructure work.

The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial fiber and coax systems, with responsibilities including strand installation, lashing/overlashing, hardware placement, pole transfers, and ensuring safety and quality standards. This hands-on field position operates outdoors in varying weather conditions, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Previous aerial construction experience preferred.
• Experience with fiber and/or coax installation is a plus.
• Ability to climb poles (when required).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or able to obtain).
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install strand, anchors, guy wire, and aerial hardware.
• Perform lashing and overlashing of fiber and coax cable.
• Set up and safely operate bucket trucks and climbing gear.
• Transfer existing attachments during pole change-outs.
• Maintain proper clearances and compliance with NESC standards.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Follow all company and client safety requirements.
