Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts in Morrilton, Arkansas seeks a dedicated tree care professional to join our crew. You will perform routine tree maintenance, trim branches, and clear sites while following safety practices and coordinating with Foreperson.

The role requires reliability and teamwork in a full-time setting. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen; you’ll work with tools, trucks, and equipment, and contribute to storm-response efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must meet I-9 requirements.
• Commitment to safety and standards across crews.

Responsibilities

• Always follow and help enforce safe practices.
• Assist in preparing truck and materials needed for each day at Foreperson’s.
• Perform professional tree maintenance activities as directed by supervisors.
• Clear and trim trees and brush away from utility lines; remove branches and tree material.
• Clean up and dispose of all debris.
• Maintain and keep track of all tools and equipment used in daily work.
• Observe and practice climbing and tree maintenance skills to improve professionally.
• Assist other crew members in all aspects of daily tasks.
• Safeguard employees and the public from hazards by enforcing safe practices and keeping the work area clean.
• Perform duties for storm work as needed.
• Position requires passing a background check and drug screen; must meet background checks as required.
