Xylem Tree Experts in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune and remove trees with bucket truck support. The role requires 2-3 years of professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff.
• Driver's license required.
• Experience in electric utility vegetation management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce safe practices and rules.
• Assist in preparing truck and materials for each day per General Foreperson’s direction.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed by General Foreperson.
• Clear and trim trees and brush away from utility lines; remove branches and tree material.
• Clean up and dispose of all debris; maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist other crew members in daily activities and support storm restoration work as needed.
