Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services are seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer in Fort Smith, AR. You will trim, prune, and remove trees using a bucket truck or similar equipment, with prior aerial lift experience required and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include safe operation, preparing trucks, performing maintenance, clearing vegetation near utility lines, debris cleanup, tool upkeep, and storm work as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management or related fields preferred.
• Aerial lift experience and valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and enforce safety rules on site.
• Prepare truck and materials as directed by General Foreperson.
• Perform tree maintenance and trim near utility lines.
• Clear debris and dispose of it properly.
• Maintain tools and equipment; assist crew as needed.
• Participate in storm restoration work when required.
• Safeguard people from hazards and wear PPE.
