Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts seeks an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune and remove trees with bucket truck or other tools. Candidates need 2–3 years of aerial lift experience and a valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

This full-time role involves safety-focused day-to-day field work in the Dallas area. Responsibilities include prepping trucks, performing maintenance on gear, and assisting crew members as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate aerial lift to trim, prune, and remove trees near utility lines.
• Prepare truck and materials daily as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain and track tools and equipment used in daily operations.
• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices on site.
• Assist in storm restoration work as needed.
