Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer in Wrens, GA to trim, prune, and remove trees using bucket truck or other equipment. Prior bucket truck operation is required and a valid driver's license is necessary.

This full-time position includes travel for storm restoration work and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include safe field operations, material preparation, and efficient debris cleanup, with emphasis on professional tree maintenance and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate working knowledge of knots, ropes and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal operations.
• Must be able to identify tree species.
• Must be familiar with electrical hazards and operating procedures near electrical conductors.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and assist in daily prep of truck and materials.
• Perform tree maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Clear and trim trees near utility lines and remove debris.
• Dispose of debris and maintain tools/equipment.
• Observe and improve climbing and tree maintenance skills.
• Assist crew members as needed.
• Ensure safety around work areas and communicate with team.
