Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an experienced Aerial Lift Trimmer in Mississippi to perform tree trimming and removal using bucket trucks or similar equipment. 2-3 years of hands-on aerial lift experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities include equipment prep, safety enforcement, storm work readiness, and collaboration with forepersons and crew members. A strong focus on safety and efficient debris removal is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and enforce rules on site.
• Prepare truck and materials as directed by Foreperson.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as instructed.
• Clear and trim trees and brush around utility lines; remove debris.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment daily.
• Demonstrate climbing and tree maintenance skills to improve proficiency.
• Assist other crew members as needed.
• Work with storm restoration teams when required.
