Job summary

Equipment Depot in Louisville, KY is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair aerial work platforms and telehandlers at customer sites and in-house shops.

You will perform planned maintenance, diagnose electrical, LP fuel and hydraulic systems, and troubleshoot electronic issues. A valid driver’s license is required; experience with MS Office is expected. Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet and comply with OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of related mechanical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Internet software.
• Certificates & Licenses: Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repair aerial work platforms and telehandlers at customers’ facilities as well as in Equipment Depot shop.
• Other duties assigned by department manager.
• Experience required in electrical, LP fuel and hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of electronic troubleshooting.
• Must conduct planned maintenance of material handling equipment and industrial battery charges.
• Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety related areas is a plus.
