Qualifications

• Experience with aerial tree care, pruning and removals to ANSI standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment including bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
• Ability to assess hazards and work efficiently in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate bucket trucks, spider lifts and other aerial lift equipment safely.
• Perform aerial pruning and tree removals following industry best practices.
• Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and develop safe work plans.
• Inspect ropes, rigging gear and PPE before use.
• Mentor junior crew when needed and maintain clean work areas.
