Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Tree Service Crew Leader in Petoskey, MI. You will lead arbor care crews, perform advanced ground and aerial tree work, and ensure high safety and quality on every job.

You will train and mentor crew members, coordinate equipment, and uphold ANSI standards while supporting sales through customer relations. A valid MI driver's license is required; CDL A preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tree care crews and performing advanced ground and aerial operations.
• Ability to develop crew members and promote safety and accountability.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License; CDL Class A preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing tree care crew, assign work, and drive accountability.
• Perform advanced pruning, removals, rigging, climbing, and aerial lift operations.
• Operate bucket trucks, spider lifts, chainsaws, stump grinders, and other arbor equipment.
• Ensure site safety, conduct hazard assessments, and maintain equipment.
• Support safety compliance with ANSI standards and company policies.
