Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to guide arbor care crews in safe, efficient execution of tree care services. You will oversee ground and aerial operations, mentor crew members, and ensure work meets ANSI standards and company expectations.

Applicants should have advanced pruning/removal skills, equipment operation expertise, and a strong safety mindset. Michigan residency and a valid driver’s license are required; CDL-A is preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive leadership qualities with a focus on safety and teamwork.
• Deep expertise in tree pruning, removals, rigging, climbing, and aerial operations.
• Strong understanding of ANSI Z133, ANSI A300 standards and site safety policies.
• Proven ability to operate arbor care equipment safely and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead arbor care crews to complete ground and aerial tasks safely and efficiently.
• Mentor crew members and develop technical skills and safety practices.
• Coordinate jobsite setup, traffic control, and equipment staging for productivity.
• Maintain quality control and client satisfaction through professional communication.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs and conveying recommendations.
