Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Aerial Lift Operator in Michigan to safely perform tree care using bucket trucks and aerial lifts. You will prune, remove, rig, and install tree brace systems while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities include hazard assessments, mentoring teammates, and ensuring work complies with ANSI standards. CDL A is preferred; training may be provided by the company. Pennsylvania? (Note: Michigan location; CDL preferred.)

Qualifications

• Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lift equipment.
• Knowledge of ANSI A300 pruning and rigging standards.
• Ability to mentor less experienced crew members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate bucket trucks, spider lifts, and aerial lift equipment.
• Perform tree pruning and removals following ANSI standards.
• Develop safe work plans and conduct pre-job hazard assessments.
• Install tree cabling and bracing; assist with crane-assisted removals.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with ground crew for efficiency.
