As a Laborer, Aerial Crew member, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring work is within customer standards.

What you'll do...

1. You will be the ground hand for technicians, providing parts as needed, and moving the bucket truck as directed by the technician.
2. You will ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities are completed prior to starting each workday.
3. You will perform and document daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment. If licensed, you may drive company vehicles to the jobsite.

Who we're looking for...

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You are authorized to work in the United States.
3. You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
4. You possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
5. You have 0-1 or more years of unskilled labor experience; experience in telecommunications is a plus.
6. You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance.
7. You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency in pole climbing.
8. You may have knowledge of aerial and underground cable installation, conforming to all relevant codes, regulations, and customer specifications (e.g., NEC Electrical Code, city standards).
