As a Laborer, Aerial Crew member, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring that the scope of work is within the standards required by customers.

What you'll do...

• Serve as the ground support for technicians, providing parts as needed, and moving bucket trucks as directed by technicians.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities are completed before starting each workday.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment, documenting all activities. If licensed, drive company vehicles to the jobsite as needed.

Who we're looking for...

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
• You possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have a valid standard Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• You have 0-1 or more years of unskilled labor experience; experience in telecommunications is a plus.
• You are capable of lifting/carrying 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance.
• You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency as a pole climber.
• You may have knowledge of the installation of aerial and underground cables and support members in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and customer specifications (e.g., NEC Electrical Code, System, and City Specifications).
