Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL.
• 0-1+ years of unskilled labor experience; telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Capable of pole climbing or certified as a pole climber.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ground support for technicians, moving bucket trucks and providing parts.
• Complete door-tagging and resident notifications of construction activities.
• Perform and document daily inspections of fleet vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly

Knowledge of aerial and underground cable installation

As a Laborer, Aerial Crew, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring work is within customer standards.

What you'll do...

• Serve as ground support for technicians, providing parts as needed, and moving bucket trucks under technician direction.
• Complete door-tagging and resident notifications of construction activities before starting work each day.
• Perform and document daily inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment. Licensed individuals may drive company vehicles to the job site.

Who we're looking for...

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL
• 0-1+ years of unskilled labor experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
• Capable of pole climbing or certified as a pole climber
• Knowledge of aerial and underground cable installation, conforming to applicable codes and customer specifications
