Job summary

Congruex is seeking an Aerial Foreman to lead field crews in aerial construction projects across customer sites. You will supervise onsite work, coordinate with customers and management, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of tasks.

The role requires experience with bucket trucks, pole work, blueprints, and travel. You will oversee equipment, supervise staff, and handle project invoicing while maintaining professionalism on client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL and prior management experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to travel and perform physically demanding work.
• Climb utility poles and operate aerial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aerial construction crews in field operations.
• Conduct project walkouts, coordinate with customer and management.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Supervise onsite personnel and manage equipment.
• Manage invoicing of projects per company policy.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and field prints.
• Work around customer properties with professionalism.
