Job summary

Personna Employment Solutions in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced OSP Fiber Optic Foreman to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of fiber networks. This hands-on leader will drive crew performance, coordinate field work, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Leading from the front, you will manage crew tasks, troubleshoot outages, and maintain compliant practices while enjoying a four-day workweek, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on telecommunications experience, especially aerial fiber construction and outside plant maintenance.
• CDL required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
• Strong crew leadership and safety skills.
• Four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fiber optic cables, equipment, terminals, and outside plant infrastructure.
• Support fiber optic splicing, terminations, testing, fault identification, and network restoration activities.
• Perform aerial fiber placement, strand construction, cable lashing, over-lashing, pole framing, and aerial cable installation.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, hydraulic aerial lifts, and related telecommunications construction equipment.
• Supervise, train, and work alongside telecommunications linemen and fiber installation crews.
• Organize daily assignments, coordinate materials and equipment, and track project progress.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, inspect completed work, and maintain OSHA, NEC, and NESC compliance.
