What you'll do:

• Be the ground hand for technicians, provide parts as needed, move bucket truck as directed by technician.
• Confirm that door-tagging and resident notification of our construction activities has been completed prior to starting each workday.
• Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment is performed and documented. If appropriately licensed, drive company vehicles as needed to the jobsite.
• Use tools and rigging hardware to perform normal tasks associated with the installation of antennas and lines.
• Climb poles/towers to install antenna and line systems.
• Fit connectors, attach coax to support system sealing and joints.
• Mount antenna support systems.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Prior experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance (preferred)
• Understanding of installation and testing of technologies like LTE, CDMA, UMTS; Anritzu/PIMM certification a plus
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
• Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safety standards
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
