What you'll do:

• Be the ground hand for technicians, provide parts as needed, move bucket truck as directed by technician.
• Confirm that door-tagging and resident notification of our construction activities has been completed prior to starting each workday.
• Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment is performed and documented. If appropriately licensed, drive company vehicles as needed to jobsite.
• Use tools and rigging hardware to perform normal tasks associated with installation of antenna and lines.
• Climbing of poles/towers to perform the installation of antenna and line systems.
• Fitting of connectors, attachment of coax to support system sealing and joints.
• Mounting of antenna support systems.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Currently have valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Prior experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (preferred).
• May have an understanding of installation and testing of the latest technologies (LTE, CDMA, UMTS) - Anritzu/PIMM certification a plus.
• Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe manner.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies.
• Can communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
• Able to work as needed (overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditions.
