What you'll do:

1. Assist technicians as a ground hand, provide parts, and move bucket trucks as directed.
2. Confirm completion of door-tagging and resident notification before starting work each day.
3. Perform and document daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment.
4. If licensed, drive company vehicles to the jobsite.
5. Use tools and hardware for antenna and line installation tasks.
6. Climb poles/towers for installation of antenna and line systems.
7. Fit connectors, attach coax, and support system sealing and joints.
8. Mount antenna support systems.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction (preferred)
• Understanding of LTE, CDMA, UMTS technologies (a plus)
• Ability to operate utility trucks and tools safely
• Ability to follow instructions and produce quality work
• Effective communication skills
• Lift/carry 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs with assistance
• Flexible to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
