What you'll do

• Assist technicians as a ground hand, providing parts and moving bucket trucks as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles if licensed.
• Use tools and rigging hardware for antenna and line installation tasks.
• Climb poles and towers for antenna and line system installation.
• Attach connectors, seal joints, and mount antenna support systems.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• Experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance (preferred)
• Knowledge of LTE, CDMA, UMTS technologies; Anritzu/PIMM certification a plus
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
• Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safety standards
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
