What you'll do:

• Assist technicians as a ground hand, provide parts, and move bucket trucks as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities are completed before work begins.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment, documenting all.
• If licensed, drive company vehicles to the jobsite.
• Use tools and hardware for antenna and line installation tasks.
• Climb poles/towers for installation of antenna and line systems.
• Fit connectors, attach coax, and support system sealing and joints.
• Mount antenna support systems.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance is preferred.
• Understanding of LTE, CDMA, UMTS technologies is a plus.
• Ability to operate utility trucks and tools safely.
• Capable of following directions and maintaining safety standards.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
