Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise students assigned to AEP at all times.
  • Coordinate with classroom teachers in English, Math, Science and History to maintain order.
  • Provide ongoing academic and behavioral support to students.
  • Apply praise to promote student success and safety.
  • Intervene with approved Handle with Care techniques when necessary to prevent injury.
  • Manage student behavior per district policies and IEPs.
  • Maintain student files and confidentiality.
  • Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
