Job summary

Doist is seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP to design and implement unified customer data solutions. You will enable profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation across marketing channels.

You will configure XDM schemas, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech, data engineering or technology architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong understanding of CDPs, customer data architecture, identity resolution, and audience management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Java, Scala, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP.
• Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time customer profiles.
• Build and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines from multiple sources.
• Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies to support personalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
