Brunswick Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform data engineer to build and optimize data pipelines powering customer experiences across AEP RTCDP and CJA. The role emphasizes identity resolution, data governance, and profile management within a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will manage data schemas, pipelines, and source connectors, collaborating across teams to enable segmentation and personalized journeys in a large-scale data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong SQL, data transformation, data modeling, and identity resolution expertise.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and data model architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CTAS-based data pipelines to populate profile-enabled datasets.
• Develop JSON-to-Excel transformations to support PIM workflows.
• Design and implement new XDM schemas for onboarding brands into AEP.
• Create and maintain data transformation pipelines to onboard brand data.
• Improve data stitching logic and data governance throughout pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AEP dataflows and intermittent issues.
• Perform segmentation analysis to prevent conflicting messaging.
