Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior role in the Moment Practice to lead RT-CDP architecture and identity strategy for an AAM-to-RT-CDP rebuild. You will design extensible XDM schemas and drive identity resolution across desktop, mobile, and authenticated scenarios.

You will own governance-aligned data ingestion and collaborate with IT and Adobe teams on environment readiness, with a flexible remote work option for qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AEP/RT-CDP architecture experience with schema design and identity graph.
• XDM schema design using standard field groups for extensibility.
• Identity resolution across multi-device and authenticated scenarios.
• Snowflake-to-AEP integration including streaming/batch ingestion.
• Governance and consent architecture with enterprise IT alignment.
• Access control modeling in AEP Admin Console.
• Destination architecture with native connectors or third-party onboarding.
• Web/ Mobile SDK implementation and gap assessment.

Responsibilities

• Owns target-state RT-CDP architecture and identity strategy.
• Designs extensible XDM schema using Adobe standards.
• Defines identity resolution model across devices and auth states.
• Leads governance-aligned data ingestion architecture.
• Engages with IT and Adobe teams on environment readiness.
