Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is hiring a skilled Adobe Products Data Engineer to architect and optimize data pipelines across AEP RTCDP and CJA. The role centers on identity resolution, data governance, and profile management to power personalized customer journeys.

You will design XDM schemas, build dataset pipelines, and ensure robust data quality in a hybrid work environment. A bachelor's degree and strong Adobe product experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) RTCDP and CJA.
• Strong SQL, data transformation, modeling, and profile data handling.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CTAS queries to populate profile-enabled datasets.
• Develop JSON-to-Excel transformations for PIM workflows.
• Design and implement XDM schemas for onboarding brands into AEP.
• Create and maintain data pipelines to onboard brand data.
• Improve dataset stitching with focus on most recently updated logic.
• Monitor QA and troubleshoot AEP dataflow issues.
• Analyze audience segmentation to avoid conflicts.
• Maintain CJA connections and data views with stitching config.
• Keep AEP connectors, data landing zone, and API ingestion up to date.
